Intro Call
Once you express interest, we schedule a brief phone call to learn more about your experience and availability.

Skill Assessment
We may ask for past project photos, references, or a brief hands-on test to verify your skill level and trade knowledge.

In Person Interview
If you are a good fit, we will schedule a face to face interview to review expectations, discuss upcoming jobs, and answer any questions.

First Assignment
Once approved, you will be placed on a current or upcoming project based on your skill set and availability. Reliable workers stay working.

Day Laborer
Assist with general construction tasks such as site prep, cleanup, moving materials, and supporting skilled trades. Ideal for reliable workers who want hands on experience and steady hours.

Project Manager
Oversee day to day progress on active job sites. Coordinate crews, manage timelines, communicate with clients, and ensure project delivery aligns with Visionaire standards.
03.
Cold Caller
Reach out to homeowners, property managers and point of contacts to generate leads for our contracting and renovation services. Scripts and CRM access provided. Sales or call center experience preferred.
